Processing Times

At Chosen Threads, every order is made and packed with care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods or new product drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Estimated Delivery (U.S. Orders)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen issues.

International Shipping

Chosen Threads ships worldwide to select countries.
International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on location.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Liability

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Chosen Threads is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Additional fees required to reship returned packages

Lost or Damaged Packages

Chosen Threads is not responsible for packages damaged in transit.
If a package is lost or marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist in filing a claim.
