3. SMS and RCS Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS or RCS messages from Chosen Threads, your phone number and message engagement data are used solely to deliver the messaging program you signed up for (order updates, promotions, etc.). We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the business, such as our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, email/SMS marketing platforms, and analytics providers
  • Advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google) for ad targeting and measurement, subject to their own privacy policies
  • Legal authorities, when required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to legal process
  • Business transfers, if Chosen Threads is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Exclusion for mobile opt-in data: Your phone number, SMS/RCS opt-in status, and related mobile messaging consent records are never shared with advertising partners (such as Meta or Google) for their ad targeting or measurement purposes. This category of data is used only to operate the messaging program described in Section 3, consistent with mobile carrier and messaging platform requirements.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep items in your cart
  • Remember your preferences
  • Measure site traffic and marketing performance
  • Deliver relevant advertising on other platforms (retargeting)

  • Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the right to know what data is collected or to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information). Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Chosen Threads does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Chosen Threads is based in North Carolina, United States, and our Site is hosted and operated in the United States. If you access our Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
