HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Every Chosen Threads product is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our apparel fits true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Be sure to check our size chart before ordering.


WHAT SHIRTS DO YOU PRINT ON?

We use premium-quality apparel selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear. Product details are listed on each product page.


DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes! We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on eligible items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because every item is made specifically for you, orders begin processing shortly after they're placed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once production begins, we'll do our best to help.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be shown at checkout.
