At Chosen Threads, every order is made specifically for you. This allows us to maintain high quality while reducing waste and overproduction. Thank you for supporting a made-to-order business.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.


ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our facility to your doorstep.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to update your address before production or shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Chosen Threads is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If shipping insurance is NOT purchased. Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Chosen Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us, and we'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your order.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding if unexpected delays arise.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Chosen Threads primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.
