30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Chosen Threads, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel made just for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll help get the right fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Washed or altered apparel

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
